Wednesday, December 3:  Managers' Meeting at the American Legion Hall at 7:00 pm
Saturday, December 6:  Team Registration (10U & Older) at the White House from 11:00 - 1:00 pm

Tuesday, December 9:
  Online Registration will be opened up for individual and and team registrations 9U and younger - See registraton button to left to be activated at 6:00 on 12/9.

Saturday, January 10:  Team Registration (10U & Older) at the White House from 11:00 - 1:00 pm
Saturday, January 17:  Individual "Walk-In" Regisration at the American Legion Hall from 11:00 - 1:00 pm
Saturday, January 31: Individual "Walk-In" Registration at the American Legion Hall from 11:00 - 1:00 pm


 


Internet Online Registration Features: 
(Applies to 9U and younger only - both individual and team registrations)

This year MAA is implementing all registrations using our online system for all players, Tee Ball through 9U.  We tentatively plan to expand the system to be used by all registrations in 2010.

Managers need to ensure they have an account setup an online prior to registrations so that you may enter your pre-season roster on your personalized team management page.  This feature helps match your players to your team when they register online.  Concession Duty Dates are chosen by each parent as they register their child.  Managers may view their exemption codes on their team manager page. 



Rosters and Ranking Forms for 8U and older teams are due on February 4 so playes at those age levels must be registrered by February 4.  Registration for Tee Ball through Mini 2 (4U through 7U) typically closes the next week depending on numbers.

Board of Directors

New Board Members Wanted!

We're looking for several parents who would like to join the Board and help run the ball park.  Manchester Athletic Association is a501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and is not affiliated with the City of Manchester in any way, other than our location and name.  Our ball park is run by volunteer parents just like you and is funded by registrations and concession stand revenues.

Some on the board have volunteered their time for nearly 20 years due to their love of baseball and willingness to give their time; others have only joined the board in the last few years.  Obviously the more people involved the less work invovled for any one person.  If you are the type of person who wants to get involved and be a part of a nonprofit organation that promotes youth fitness and baseball/softball instruction you will fit in just fine.

 

Duties Include:

Monthly Board meetings that take 60 - 90 minutes

Coordinator Responsibility:  For example running the Mini league, Tee Ball League or Umpire Scheduling
In Charge of the Ball Park: Approx two times per month you will be the person in charge of the ball park for a 5 hr shift.

 

It's a great way to get involved with the community and to meet a lot of people.  If you're interested please contact Robert Goad, Steve Scott, or Greg Brandt (or any othe director that you know).
